Executive Chef - Jason McGraw
Enter through the doors of the America's Center or Edward Jones Dome and you'll find Executive Chef Jason McGraw at the helm, whipping up inventive cuisine that emphasizes St. Louis's rich cultural diversity. McGraw has called Levy family since 2005, and brings 24 years combined hospitality industry experience to the table. He has crafted menus for some the country's most recognized entertainment venues including U.S. Airways Center, Verizon Wireless Center, Chase Field, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Jacksonville Jaguars Stadium, Lambeau Field and the U.S. Open at Pebble Beach.
McGraw believes in giving back to the community, and spends his free time lending his culinary talents to kitchens in need. During the holidays you'll find him preparing meals for the 1,000 residents of The Bridge, a homeless shelter located in the City of St. Louis.

On my day off I enjoy time with my kids, riding my motorcycle, enjoying the outdoors, spend time helping with multiple charities, going to concerts and sporting events, and hanging out while cooking with friends.
My favorite local food is Eckerts peaches and other fresh produce from local farmers.
The best part about living in St. Louis... is the diversity of cultures. I love the little areas that are spread around the city that emphasize different cultural influences.
